**This article relates to AirParrot 1. As of September 2016, support for AirParrot 1 has ended. We encourage you to upgrade to AirParrot 2 for the best compatibility with new devices.**

This can happen when AirParrot's audio settings have changed.

Click the Spotlight (Magnifying glass) icon on the top right of your Mac menu bar, type "midi" to open the Audio MIDI Setup.

Select AirParrot from the left side of the Audio MIDI Setup menu. Make sure the volume sliders are up on both Input and Output tabs. Also make sure the format is set to 44100.0Hz under the AirParrot option.

Save these settings, and everything should be back to normal!
