First, ensure that AirParrot 2 or Reflector 2 are closed. 



Type in "Console" in Spotlight (the magnifying glass) in the menu bar.

 



Press the "Clear Display" button in Console.


Open AirParrot or Reflector and re-attempt the action with which you're having trouble.


 


Return back to Console and type AirParrot or Reflector into the Filter field. Highlight and copy the lines of logging that are visible.


Paste the log lines found in Console into a text file (using TextEdit or another text editor application). Attach that log file to the support ticket and submit it here to help us better diagnose your issue.
