Open AirParrot 2 or Reflector 2.
Right click on the icon in your system tray.
Click Show Preferences.
Go to the "About" tab.
Click Locate Log File.
Then you can close the Notepad log file that opens, but keep the folder open.
Reproduce the issue you are experiencing with AirParrot or Reflector.
Without restarting the app, email us the .log file from that folder.
Attach that log file to the support ticket and submit it here so we can better diagnose the issue.
