iOS devices with iOS 10 are only compatible with Reflector 2.5.3 version and higher so please ensure that the latest version of Reflector 2 is installed on the computer.
After a major iOS update it's important to give the iOS device a power cycle by holding down the Home and Lock button until the device reboots. You may need to do this a few times to clear any AirPlay errors stored on the device. Try this a few times and then try the connection another try. ***Please note that if you are using an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus you will need to hold down the Lock and Volume down button to perform the hard reboot process.
