If you are experiencing an issue and need to contact the support team, we may ask you to send us your console logs. This help article explains how to get those logs.
With DropStream open, navigate to DropStream>Preferences>Advanced Tab and set the Advance Logging to Verbose
Next, close DropStream
Type in "Console" in Spotlight (the magnifying glass) in the menu bar.
Press the "Clear Display" button in Console.
Open DropStream and re-attempt the action with which you're having trouble.
Return back to Console and type DropStream into the Filter field. Highlight and copy the lines of logging that are visible.
Paste the log lines found in Console into a text file (using TextEdit or another text editor application). Attach that log file to the support ticket and submit it here to help us better diagnose your issue.
