Do I need AirParrot Remote in order to use AirParrot 3?

AirParrot Remote is an optional companion app for AirParrot 3. If you have AirParrot 3 on a computer, you may still use it to mirror content to your Apple TV or Chromecast normally, without the AirParrot Remote app. AirParrot Remote will allow you to control this process from a mobile device. This means that you may use AirParrot on your computer without the need to be sitting in front of that computer.
