You may cancel your Ditto account at any time. However, there is no refund when you cancel your subscription before the expiration date. After canceling the subscription, the Ditto Account Portal will still be accessible through the end of your subscription's expiration date and will not be charged again at renewal.
Note: Accounts that were purchased with a Purchase Order cannot cancel subscriptions in the Ditto Account Portal. You will need to contact your Ditto account manager to proceed with canceling the subscription.
How to cancel your Ditto subscription in the account portal
Step 1: Log in to your Ditto Account Portal
Step 2: Open the Billing section
Step 3" Open the Payment History & Invoicing tab
Step 4: Select Cancel Subscription
Step 5: Confirm the cancellation
