      Error 102

      Error 102 can occur if Ditto is unable to reach the internet.

      To fix this error, try the following:

      • Visit connect.goditto.com, enter the room code and download the application again.
      • Reboot your computer.
      • Make sure you are connected to the internet.
      • Make sure your device is on the same network as the Ditto receiver.
      • If running Ditto Receiver on a PC, ensure that the Windows Firewall is not blocking communication.
