Note:
- Credit card information is only edited in the Ditto Account Portal for auto-renewal subscriptions.
- We recommend updating credit card information before the Ditto account's subscription renewal date to avoid service interruption.
Step 1: Log in to your Ditto Account Portal and navigate to the Billing section
Step 2: Select Edit in the Payment Information section
Step 3: Select "Use A New Card" to enter a new credit card
Step 4: Confirm the new credit card information and Billing Address, then select Update
