Enable full screen mode in Reflector Director

When a device is connected, you can use Reflector Director to remotely enable full screen.

In the top right-hand corner of Reflector Director, you will see a full-screen icon:

Tapping this icon will enable full-screen mode and cause the button to turn green. Tapping the button again will disable full-screen mode.
