      Why is my mirrored device screen distorted or blurry on my desktop when connecting to Reflector 4?

      If the mirrored device screen is distorted or blurry when connecting to Reflector 4 then the Classic Renderer setting may be enabled and causing this issue. The Classic Renderer setting should only be used on Macs and Windows PCs with older hardware, specifically older display drivers. 

      To ensure the Classic Renderer setting in the Reflector 4 Preferences menu is disabled please follow the steps below: 

      1. Open the Reflector 4 menu
      2. Click the Settings icon   
      3. Select Preferences.
      4. In the Advanced section of this menu, you'll see a setting for the Classic Renderer. Please ensure this setting is disabled, then give Reflector 4 and the iOS/Android a reboot, and then try the connection again.
