Reflector currently only provides a few default frame options for Android devices. The default frames that are available in Reflector for Android devices use size dimensions for some of the most common and popular Android device models. If the connected Android device has size dimensions that do not match one of the provided default Android frames then the option to show the device frame when mirroring the Android device will become greyed out. This behavior is by design as adding a frame with different size dimensions to the mirrored Android device will result in image distortion while mirroring.
