Sometimes our support team may ask for logs to diagnose network or computer issues. You may also find it handy to view these logs for personal troubleshooting. 

To view the logs:

  1. Open AirParrot for Chrome OS
  2. Click the Settings gear at the bottom right of the window
  3. You will be prompted with the settings window 
  4. At the top right of this window, you will see the version number and the option to view logs
  5. Select "View Log"
  6. You will be prompted with a Log window for the current session
If you would like to share these logs with our support team, you'll need to copy the text and paste it into an email or file to send to us. AirParrot for chrome OS doesn't current;y support a way to export and send logs automatically.
