The Canva integration for Ditto enables you to share new or existing Canva designs directly to your Ditto account to use as digital signage. However, a Canva limitation prevents more than one item from being sent to Ditto at a time. This is problematic if you want to share a Canva slideshow to Ditto to use as digital signage, as slideshows contain more than one slide.
In order to share a Canva slideshow to Ditto, you need to either:
- Share each slide individually to Ditto one at a time using the Ditto Canva integration or...
- Save the presentation as an mp4 video file and upload it to a Ditto digital signage list using the Bulk Media Upload function or the Media template.
The instructions below walk you through saving a Canva slideshow as an mp4 and uploading the file to Ditto.
Step 1: Select File in the top menu bar in your Canva account
Step 2: Select Download in the drop-down menu
Step 3: Click the File Type drop-down and select MP4 Video
Step 4: Log in to the Ditto Account Portal and open the signage list you wish to add the presentation to
Step 5: Choose either the Upload Media button for the bulk media upload function or New Item to use the Media template to upload the mp4 file into the digital signage list.

Congratulations! Your presentation will now be added to your Ditto digital signage list to be displayed on your Ditto receivers!
